A Little about Alfred's Son Devin Hughey;

Devin was born July 19 1969

Devin died July 7 2006

He had a massive heart attack late evening that day while sitting at his computer at his home in Warrenville, South Carolina.

He was dog sitting at the time, for his brother Darryl and his wife Shelly and son Nicholas, while they went away for the

weekend to Myrtle Beach. They found him Sunday afternoon as they returned to pick up the dogs. He had complained

most of the week to co-workers of constant heartburn, and mentioned feeling heavy in the chest sometime Thursday

when the dogs were dropped off. He also was surfing the internet just prior to his death and was looking up chest pain.

All the classic signs were there but as is with most of us we think we are invincible or

too young to die, as he was just 12 days shy of his 37th birthday.

Devin was a wonderful son, very accomplished and a hard worker, who touched many people with his warm and

gentle ways. He will be missed by Me, his Sister Lacy, his Brother Darryl, Shelly, Nicholas, and everyone who knew him.
